I thought that only happened in soap operas?

Private Practice – In a premiere that could be billed as “Secret Night”, Addison discovers Naomi has been hiding the truth about the practice’s financial issues, Violet wonders what secret Cooper is keeping from her, and Cooper contemplates hiding a medical condition secret from a patient.

Dirty Sexy Money — Second biggest event of the night (the first comes down the post, but I love this show so much that it gets two pics.) Tripp and Leticia throw Nick a birthday party on their yacht, Brian’s reunited with his son, and the episode ends with a death and an arrest. With this family, there’s no telling on who is involved in either thing.

CBS: New Adventures of Old Christine – Richard begs Christine to give him back her wedding ring, which belonged to his mother, so he can use it for New Christine. I could suggest several ways for her to give it to him, but they’re not very family friendly and would be painful for Richard.

Gary Unmarried — Gary and Allison set some rules for their post-marriage interactions that will distance themselves from each other. A really good first one would be, “Don’t live in the same place as your ex,” but that’s just me.

NBC: Knight Rider — Mike teams up with an old friend to catch weapons-smuggling drag racers. Y’know, I saw that happen in “The Fast and The Furious” and it really wasn’t that great.

America’s Got Talent — The show of the night, as the winner is revealed. If it’s better than “Britain’s Got Talent’s” George Sampson with his “Singing in the Rain” dance or even the same show’s Kate and Gin, the dancing dog, I’ll eat George’s hat. Note what great hosts Ant & Dec are of the British version! I’ve meant to write a whole post comparing the two shows, but just read these two from my personal blog.

Lipstick Jungle –Drama, drama, drama.

Fox: Bones — After an office manager’s mangled body is found in an elevator shaft, the team has to figure out which of the many coworkers who hated her killed her. This is what would happen to “The Office” if they did a fake “CSI” episode with Michael as the body.

Til’ Death — Eddie and Joy are happy to hear their daughter’s had a fight with her hippie boyfriend, until they discover his family is very rich. Then they want them to elope quickly (just kidding.)

The CW: America’s Next Top Model – The models are taught how to stylishly wear unflattering clothing (is Ugly Betty guesting?) and then do a photoshoot dressed like common LA natural phenomenon, like earthquakes and traffic jams) I really wish I was kidding about that last part.

Bravo: Project Runway — The designers travel to the woods to draw inspiration for their designs from nature. Better than from earthquakes.

(Copyright ©2008 ABC Studios/Richard Cartwright)

Post from: Media Scribbler
