ABC: Grey’s Anatomy – Oooh, Derek’s moving in with Meredith. And there’s nudity *squees for all the Merirek/Derdick/whatever that fandom’s name is* Much more about this here, and some really interesting Meredith spoilers here.

Ugly Betty – Betty tries to patch things up with Gio, and Daniel deals with yet another big family secret. I swear that the Meade’s could do a crossover with the Darling’s of “Dirty Sexy Money” and it would totally work. In fact, combine the shows and it might save them from cancellation. More here.

Life On Mars: Sam Tyler investigates a series of check-cashing murders. From what I understand, this is the first ep that veers sharply away from the UK version, so you can decide tonight whether you’ll care for the show or not. More here, including a playlist of the songs featured in the ep (which is what a lot of fans really did like about the first week.)

The CW: Smallville -Chloe and Jimmy are kidnapped at their engagement party by a psychotic jeweler with a kryptonite-laced metal detector, and Clark and Lois are forced to “deal with their feelings” while saving them. Honestly, if you only read spoilers and don’t watch the show it sounds just like “Days Of Our Lives” in the 1980’s. Lots more about tonight here.

Supernatural: If there’s a true successor to “The X-Files” legacy of classy and innovative sci-fi, it’s this show. They’re willing to take risks and do “theme nights” like Buffy of old, and tonight’s black-and-white episode about a shapeshifter who morphs into classic movie monsters is a great gimmick. CBS: Survivor: Gabon — Contestants running low on food, alliances endangered, blah, blah. Really, if you’ve seen most of a season of this show the previews write themselves.

CSI: Crime Scene Investigation — Jorja Fox is back. Do I really even have to write anything else? Okay, everyone’s still dealing with the emotional aftermath of Warrick’s departure last week, and a hypnotist tries to rob a bank and someone’s killed in the process. Much more here.

Fox: Kitchen Nightmares — Gordon Ramsey visits a kitchen in Islip, NY, where an obnoxious head chef wreaks havoc. Those head chef vs. Ramsey eps are always the best ones, because they never quite catch on that Ramsey always wins.

NBC: Kath & Kim — Still have a whole big post to write about how this show turned out, but tonight Kath is using a booth at the mall to promote her hair salon and asks Kim to show off some of her coiffure designs. Wackiness ensues.

The Office — Michael practices for Jan’s potential birthing scenarios with Dwight. I swear only Michael would think of doing that and only Steve Carrell could pull it off. Which is why he deserves an Emmy next year, Hollywood folks.

Saturday Night Live — Another election special “Weekend Update”. Expect to see Joe the Plumber, along with Bob the Builder and Thomas the Tank Engine.
